Virtual Stager
Welcome to The Virtual Staging Studio!
Your online staging tool is designed to help you begin the process of staging your home in a fast, easy, and cost effective way. To begin your virtual staging consultation please follow the steps below:
1. Email us your photos.
Email your photos to info@virtualstager.ca, please ensure that your photos are compressed to an email size that is less than 5 MB in total. If you are unsure how to compress your photos then you may send multiple emails, each equalling less then 5 MB in size.
Photos:
Three to four photos of each room for which you would like a home staging consultation, MLS pictures can be used if your property is already listed. If you are taking your own pictures please shoot each of the photos from different angles: for example, three shots from three different corners looking diagonally across the room, plus one straight-on shot of the largest wall in the room. In addition, please include a photo or two of the exterior of the house to assist us in our recommendations.
Please include a brief description of your home regarding the style, how old or new it is and what rooms you are wanting a consultation for. Also be sure to include your name, address, and daytime telephone number.
2. Pay online.
We will email you an invoice that is due on receipt and can be paid by Visa or Master Card by calling our direct line at 1-800-979-6952.
The fee for an online consultation is $150 for three rooms and $50.00 per additional room, up to a maximum of $350 for the whole house. The online consultation fee can be then applied to the cost of an on-site consultation, which is $350 up to 3000 sq ft. and $400 up to 4000 sq ft. The on-site consultation fee is then applied to the cost of the home staging contract, resulting in a Free consultation when you stage with us.
3. Review our design plan and comments.
Upon receiving our recommendations you may call our direct line at 1-800-979-6952 to book your half hour verbal consultation with our Lead Redesigner Myka, who can answer any questions that you may have and briefly walk you through the design plan.
