Professionally staging your home is done in a three step process.
Step 1 - Consultation
The consultation is the initial step in every redesign process and can last anywhere from 1 to 3 hours. During the consultation our lead Re-designer will evaluate your property inside and out and provide you with a 56 page ‘Room Ready Handbook,' giving you a detailed and customized plan on how to effectively prepare your home for sale. Each section of the book also offers you some great tips and suggestions on how each room should be staged with a specific goal in mind.
Step 2 - Apply the Recommendations
Once the consultation is complete you may choose to implement all or some of the recommendations yourself or you may decide to hire us to complete all or part of the work. Upon hire, we will recommend trusted contractors to complete any work that may need to be done and can act as a liaison throughout this process on your behalf.
Step 3 - Showcase
After all of the Recommendations have been applied to your property, it is time to Showcase. Our team of professional home stagers, led by Myka our Lead Re-Designer, will follow the customized design plan for your property and showcase it to sell!
