This Staging Solution begins with:
An in home Verbal Consultation
with one of our experienced Certified Canadian Staging Professionals™; one of our professional home stagers will do a room by room analysis on the three key rooms and will then give expert advice and recommendations on how to prepare these rooms for showcasing day. A date to come back and showcase is booked.
Within 48 – 72 hours after initial consultation the three key rooms are:
Staged and showcased with accessories
Our team of Certified Canadian Staging Professionals™ will bring accessory inventory such as art, trees, florals, linens, etc. and working with the client’s furniture will stage and showcase the three rooms of your choice. * More rooms can be added at an additional fee to a max. of 5 rooms
De-Staging
One month from staging day our team of Certified Canadian Staging Professionals will come back to the property to De-Stage. Should the property still be on the market the homeowners may wish to keep the inventory until the house has sold firm. In this case a monthly rental fee of $300 plus GST will be due for every month thereafter and once sold our team will come and De-Stage.
