• does not mind putting in some work by helping to move some accessories, furniture etc. in order to reduce staging costs
• has neutral and updated furnishings, walls and décor
• wishes to stage using the furniture and accessories they own
• does not need any major Reno’s done on their property, just a few tweaks

This Staging Solution begins with:

An in home Verbal Consultation

with one of our experienced Certified Canadian Staging Professionals™; one of our professional home stagers will do a room by room analysis on the three key rooms and will then give expert advice and recommendations on how to prepare and showcase these rooms immediately by using the furniture and accessories they already own. 

The consultation is directly followed by:

Staging and showcasing

the rooms as discussed in the verbal consultation.  Under the guidance of one of our Certified Canadian Staging Professionals™, your clients will work together with our Professional home stager to prepare each of the three rooms to showcase (more rooms can be added at an additional fee to a max. of 5 rooms)  Please ensure that your clients are physically prepared and ready to assist in this process since the initial phase may require furniture, art and accessories to be moved and relocated to different areas of the home or stored all together.  Any heavy lifting is at the discrepancy of the CCSP™ and pieces which are deemed too heavy may have to be moved at a later time by the homeowner.
